3 Reasons Why I Don’t Run Seasonal Sales
In a world where discounts seem to pop up every other week, it might feel unusual that I don’t run traditional seasonal sales. No Black Friday blowouts, no end-of-season clearance events, no constant cycle of “50% off!” splashed across the homepage.
But there’s a reason for that - actually, three.
And each one is rooted in fairness, transparency, and respect for both you and the people who help bring these pieces to life.
Here’s why I choose not to run seasonal sales.
1. I Don’t Inflate My Prices, So You Always Get the Best Price
Many fashion and lingerie brands follow the traditional luxury markup model… which often means items are marked up 400–600% and then “discounted” later to make it appear like you’re getting a deal.
I don’t believe in that.
My pieces aren’t priced with sky-high luxury margins, so there’s no need to slash prices later. You’re getting the real price, the honest price every single day.
That price reflects:
Fair wages for skilled stitchers
High-quality materials
The true craftsmanship behind each piece
A sustainable business margin that keeps the brand healthy
No inflated prices. No fake “sales.”
Just transparency, always.
2. I Don’t Overstock. Everything Is Made in Small Quantities
Fast fashion overproduces by design. I don’t.
Every piece is made in intentionally small batches to reduce waste and ensure the collection stays special. I don’t have massive stockrooms of unsold items that need to be cleared out every season because I don’t produce that way.
Occasionally, I might end up with too many pieces in one specific size or style.
When that happens, I’ll put that item on sale, simply to make room, not because it was overpriced to begin with.
But you will never see storewide, seasonal, or sitewide sales because I don’t build inventory for that purpose.
3. I Want You to Shop With Confidence (No “I Should Have Waited for a Sale” Regret)
There is nothing worse than buying something you love…
and seeing it marked down 48 hours later.
I never want that for you.
I want you to feel confident knowing:
Your purchase today won’t suddenly be half-price tomorrow
You aren’t being punished for shopping early
You don’t have to play the “wait for a sale” guessing game
Fair pricing builds trust and your trust means more to me than moving units through a sale cycle.
Final Thoughts
My goal is to create lingerie with intention. Thoughtful designs, ethical production, small-batch quantities, and honest pricing. Seasonal sales simply don’t align with that mission.
When you shop here, you’re getting pieces made slowly, fairly, and with care.
You’re supporting craftsmanship, not overproduction.
And you can always shop with confidence knowing the price you see is the best price — year-round.
