Sewn Designs ships from Canada - we currently offer shipping anywhere in Canada. If you’d like a quote to a different country please email your mailing address to hello@shopsewn.com.

Please note that as all our products are handmade, production time prior to shipping is 1-3 business days.

Canada Tracked Shipping

We ship via Chit Chats Tracked which arrives in 2-8 business days (unit and buzzer number MUST be provided if in an apartment building and this option is not available on remote addresses or PO Boxes)

All PO Box and remote addresses (second digit of postal code is “0”) are shipped Canada Post Tracked Packet. These parcels take 2-6 business days to arrive and include tracking.

**PO Boxes and remote addresses must upgrade to express shipping**

Canada Express Shipping

Via UPS, Canpar or Purolator these packages arrive in 1-3 business days.

US Shipping

Tracked shipping is available to the US! Orders are sent via US Postal Service and duties are payable upon receipt. Depending on location orders will arrive in 2-8 business days.

Local pickup

Local Calgary pickup is available! Please select LOCAL pickup at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a pickup date and time. Pickup location is in Crescent Heights.

Returns

Sewn Designs takes tremendous pride in the quality of our products as every piece is handmade in small batches with infinite love.

Any return shipping due to incorrect/incomplete address is to be covered by the customer plus a $10 undeliverable fee.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all tags still attached

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping & Exchange Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping for exchanged items is also the responsibility of the customer.
    A payment link for exchange shipping will be sent once your return is received and approved.
