Here’s the proper way to measure yourself for a bra:

Step 1: Grab a measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler) and wrap it around your ribs, right where the band of your bra is going to sit. This measurement gives the number portion of a tradition bra size - i.e. the 34 of a 34C

Step 2: Now wrap the measuring tape across the centre of your bust (right across your nipples). The number of inches in between your rib measurement and your bust measurement gives you your cup size. For example, if your rib measurement was a 34 and your bust measurement is a 37, that would make you a 34C.

The tricky part is finding a brand that actually fits true to size, that’s why we’ve opted for XS/S/M/L sizes and you can check out our sizing chart here for more information!
